Mayor Joseph Estrada announced that classes are suspended in Manila on Saturday, January 9, for the Black Nazarene procession.
Estrada released an Executive Order announcing the suspension of classes in all levels in the city of Manila on January 9, citing the massive number of crowd that will flock to Quiapo for the annual religious activity.
Estrada also appealed to private companies to suspend work on January 9, for the safety and convenience of their employees.
